This PTR is a game-changer, folks. The Diablo IV 2.4.0 update introduces Chaos Armor—unique items with souped-up powers for every class, like Fists of Fate as a helm! The Infernal Hordes got a massive overhaul with reworked offerings, brutal Chaos Waves, and a tougher Fell Council with a new Council Speaker. You can even face off against Bartuc for huge rewards. New uniques, class balance tweaks (looking at you, Barbarian Kick range boost), and richer boss loot pools make this a must-test.
